Purpose: Medarno is a personal planning app for people who need one place for work meetings, household jobs, shopping lists, and follow-ups.

What Medarno does

Medarno helps users collect commitments from daily life and organize them into a single day view. It can store tasks, waiting-for follow-ups, shopping lists, household routines, notes, and meeting preparation.

Why Medarno uses Google Calendar

Medarno requests read-only Google Calendar access during sign-in so it can show calendar events in the user's day and find recurring meetings. Medarno uses those recurring meetings to prepare the next meeting from prior notes and open items.

At signup, Medarno does not request Gmail access. Gmail features are optional and can be enabled later by the user inside the app.

Google user data use

• Calendar data is used to display the user's schedule and identify recurring meetings.
• Calendar data is stored only as needed to provide planning and meeting preparation features.
• User content can be exported, and account deletion removes the user's Medarno content.
